Albanian government supported, trained and equipped terrorists for actions in the neighbouring states, in order to weaken the peace and strength of the Balkan as a whole. They presented those actions as "fighting for liberty", despite the fact that Albanian minority groups used fighting, killing and terrorizing to push and ethnically clean some provinces in the neighbouring states (Serbia, FYR Macedonia, Greece) and present them as "Albanian". The best example is the Serbian province of Kosovo, the land of the first Serbian state (that emerged in the 13th century in that area). Albanian smugglers first formed kind of community, very rigid and closed to outer world. They were smuggling drugs (as they also do these days), and financed their local gangs that made contacts with other Albanian Mafia in the world. Yugoslav communism regime gave them an opportunity for that, because of the fear that Serbian revenge for the 2nd World War crimes of those Albanian minorities, and Croats and Muslims would break the Tito's regime built on lies and foreign credits. So, the best choice was to punish Serbia for "nationalism" and "Greater Serbian pretensions", (the same phrase used to define Serbian revenge on the growing Nazism in Croatia and in Bosnia in 1990-ies that resulted with a decade of war). Albanian groups were given the local government over Kosovo, and they saw it as an opportunity to occupy that province and annex it to Albania.

We must say that the same plan was done in FYR Macedonia, the other ex-Serbian province where happened also another Tito's plan. South Serbia, or Macedonia was Serbian province from the liberation of the Turks, in 1912. It was populated with Serbs (65%), Bulgars(30%), and Greeks(5%) even during the turkish rule there. By the agreement among the Balkan states that happened in 1912, Vardar river valley (i.e., present FYR Macedonia) was given to Serbia, while other parts of non-liberated Balkan, (and populated with corresponding nations in majority) were divided between Montenegro, Greece, and Bulgaria.

But, something different happened.. Albania was formed after the Balkan War (1912), despite the fact Albanians didn't have any intentions of creating their own state, nor did they fight for liberation. They even fought on the side of Turks, and formed terrorists groups that killed Serbs and Greeks in Kosovo and in Upper Epirus, in 1912, when the Balkan War started.

Simultaneously, the monarch of Bulgaria (German by origin), lead by Austrian spies who were in cold-war relations with Serbia, broke the agreement and attacked Greek and Serbian troops and gave Turks an opportunity to still hold Constantinoples, Adrianoples and Thrace province under occupation, because they had time to regroup their forces and attack united Balkan Army and Bulgarian troops in 1913.

Another battle was on the Western Balkan, but this time, the diplomatic one. Austria, Italy and the UK opened the conference and insisted on creating new state that would separate the newborn Balkan Confederation. Therefore, Albania was made. In the time to come it was obvious that Italy and Austria used that new banana-state to organize attacks on Serbia, Montenegro and Greece, because they have installed their paramilitary troops in Albania. Italy was not satisfied with new order on Balkan after the 1st World War because, according to the secret London agreement, they had right to claim land in Dalmatia and Istra, but it was given to the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenians because of the older official agreement (later renamed into Yugoslavia). Well, the war with Bulgaria in 1913 was made to weaken united Balkan troops on the Western Balkan, and to form new Italian-Austrian dominion, Albania.

But, that's not all. Austria, United Kingdom and Italy waited the moment the Balkan states liberate their land, and then insisted with the possibility of declaring war against them if they do not leave today Albanian borders. The fact that Serbs and Greeks built and lived in Skadar, Argyrocastro, Dyrachion, Koritsa and other cities for centuries, was irrelevant to them. The fear that the new formed Balkan Confederation could became power pervaded.

But, Albanian tribe leaders were not aware of the fact their country always lived at the expense of other nations, and lived on third-party power ( Austrian, Italian, UK, Germany, Third Reich imperialism ). During years, the whole washing of history and manipulation of historical facts was done. Terrorist acts of Albanian Mafia leaders was recognized as fight for freedom and independence. But, Albanians were fighting only when some occupying force came and fought with them against neighbours. That was during the 1st World War, during 2nd World War, during US aggression against Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Serbia. They fought as volunteers with Croats and Muslims against Serbs during Wars in former Yugoslavia. Even women joined the war and did terrible crimes even to Serbian children in the Serbian Krajina Republic.

This all happened because of the constant brainwashing and manipulation of historical facts that happened among dominantly uneducated Albanian groups, conducted mainly by Albanian Mafia leaders who saw their opportunity.

As always, innocent people suffered. Neighbouring nations, and Albanians as well were killed in the clashes of perpetual revenge and hate. Murderers from both sides have to be punished!
